Au total, huit prix seront d\u00e9cern\u00e9s : un prix du jury professionnel par cat\u00e9gorie et un prix d\u2019or, d\u2019argent et de bronze par cat\u00e9gorie. Le jury est compos\u00e9 de cinq personnalit\u00e9s ayant des liens diff\u00e9rents avec la cuisine. Sous la direction du pr\u00e9sident du jury, le jury d\u00e9cide des gagnants des prix du jury professionnel et nomme huit finalistes par cat\u00e9gorie pour le vote du public.
